Conversational AI chatbot

Converse
Converse is a Python-based conversational chatbot with an interactive prompt-driven interface. It is the foundation behind the customer-facing chatbots Linters builds for Pakistani businesses: handling routine enquiries automatically and escalating to a human when the conversation goes beyond what it should answer.

The problem
Most business chatbots fail in the same way: they are confident when they should not be. A bot that answers a pricing or medical question wrongly costs more than one that says it will connect you to a person.
The approach
Conversation flow was designed around what the bot should reliably handle, with explicit paths for everything else. Prompt handling keeps the exchange interactive rather than turning it into a menu tree the user has to navigate.
The Python application logic is separated from the conversational layer, which is what makes it portable to a different front end — a website widget or WhatsApp — without rewriting the reasoning.
Where this goes commercially
Applied to a Pakistani business, this becomes a bot that answers opening hours, prices, availability and order status over WhatsApp in Urdu or English, around the clock, and hands over to a person when the question deserves one.
