Web Development in Gujrat & Across Pakistan

Linters is a web development studio in Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan, building custom websites for businesses across Pakistan and internationally. Sites are built on Next.js and React rather than page-builder templates, which means faster load times, cleaner SEO foundations and code you own outright.

What kind of websites do you build?

  • —Business and corporate websites, from single pages to large multi-page architectures
  • —Landing pages built around a single conversion goal
  • —E-commerce storefronts and product catalogues
  • —Web applications with authentication, dashboards and real-time data
  • —B2B and export catalogue sites aimed at international buyers
  • —Rebuilds and rescues of existing sites that are slow, unranked or unmaintainable

WordPress or custom code — which is better?

Both are legitimate. The honest answer is that it depends on what the site has to do, and anyone who tells you one option always wins is selling their own convenience.

WordPress is the right call when you need to publish frequently, edit content yourself daily, and the site is essentially pages and posts. Custom code wins when performance matters, when the site does something a plugin does not do, or when you plan to build on it for years.

How much does a website cost in Pakistan?

A focused landing page or portfolio site typically starts around Rs 12,000. A multi-page business website generally runs Rs 60,000 to Rs 100,000 depending on page count, custom design work and any functionality behind it. E-commerce and web applications are scoped individually.

What moves the number is rarely the page count — it is custom design, integrations, and whether content and photography already exist. You get a fixed quote after scoping, not an hourly meter.

Do you work with businesses outside Gujrat?

Yes. Linters is based in Gujrat and works throughout Gujranwala, Sialkot, Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and the rest of Pakistan, as well as with international clients remotely. Being local matters for a factory system where we may need to see the floor; it matters far less for a website.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

A focused landing page takes about a week. A multi-page business website typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a large or multilingual site 4 to 6 weeks. E-commerce and web applications vary by scope. The main variable is usually how quickly content, text and images come back from your side, not development time.

Yes. You own the code, the domain and the hosting account. There is no arrangement where the site stops working if you stop paying us, and no lock-in that requires coming back to us for changes.

Technical SEO foundations are included in every build: clean URL structure, correct heading hierarchy, metadata, schema markup, a sitemap and performance work. Ongoing SEO — content, keywords, link building and local ranking — is a separate service.

Yes. We audit the current site first — performance, structure, SEO and what is actually converting — and give you an honest assessment before committing. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild; sometimes it is a much cheaper set of fixes.
