Pricing

What things cost, before you ask.

Real price ranges for websites, POS and business systems, SEO and automation in Pakistan. Every project is quoted fixed-price against a defined scope after a short scoping call — these ranges tell you which bracket you are in before you spend anyone's time.

SEO

SEO & visibility

Audits are one-off. Rankings are not — competitive terms need sustained content work, which is what the retainer is for.

Technical SEO audit

Crawlability, indexing, structure, schema, Core Web Vitals, prioritised fix list.

Rs 40,000 – 90,000

1–2 weeks

Audit + implementation

The audit, plus the fixes actually applied to your site.

Handles routine enquiries, escalates to a human when it should.

1–3 weeks

Workflow automation

Invoices, reminders, scheduled reports, moving data between systems.

From Rs 50,000

Monthly, cancel anytime

Standard

Everything in Essential, plus a monthly block of development time.

From Rs 12,000 per month

Variables

What moves the number.

What pushes the price up

  • —Custom design work rather than adapting an established layout system
  • —Integrations with payment gateways, couriers, FBR or existing software
  • —Multi-branch or multi-user systems with role-based permissions
  • —Multilingual content, especially right-to-left Urdu layouts
  • —Migrating data out of an existing system that resists exporting
  • —Content and photography that do not exist yet

What brings it down

  • —Text, images and product data ready before the build starts
  • —A clear decision-maker who can approve without a committee
  • —Reusing an existing brand and design direction
  • —Phasing: launching a smaller first version, then extending it
  • —Straightforward workflows without unusual exceptions

Excluded

What the price does not cover.

Domain registration

Pricing FAQ

Questions, answered.

A focused landing page costs roughly Rs 12,000 to Rs 60,000. A multi-page business website typically runs Rs 60,000 to Rs 100,000. Large or multilingual sites run Rs 150,000 to Rs 225,000, and e-commerce stores Rs 20,000 to Rs 80,000. What moves the number is custom design, integrations and whether content already exists, rather than the page count alone.

A single-outlet custom POS system generally costs Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 as a one-time build. Multi-outlet and vertical systems for gyms, clinics, pharmacies and restaurants run Rs 35,000 to Rs 70,000, and factory production systems Rs 50,000 to Rs 120,000. Unlike subscription POS products at Rs 1,500 to Rs 10,000 per month, there is no recurring per-terminal fee.

Usually inside the first year. A subscription at Rs 5,000 per month costs Rs 60,000 a year and Rs 300,000 over five years, and leaves you owning nothing at the end of it. A single-outlet custom build starts around Rs 30,000 as a one-time cost. On that comparison the crossover typically arrives within the first year, and sooner the more terminals or outlets you run, because subscription pricing scales with them and a custom system does not.

Fixed price against a defined scope, agreed before work starts. Hourly billing is only used for open-ended maintenance work where the scope genuinely cannot be defined in advance. You will not receive an invoice larger than the quote unless you asked for something outside the agreed scope.

Yes. The standard arrangement is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger builds are split into three or four milestone payments tied to delivered stages rather than to dates.

You can, and for a placeholder it is a reasonable choice. What you usually get is a template with your logo dropped onto it, on a builder you do not control, with no performance work, no schema markup and no structure search engines can use. Our landing pages start at Rs 12,000 and are built as real code that you own. The gap in price is small; the gap in what the site can do a year later is not.

Yes. International projects are quoted in USD or EUR and delivered remotely. Rates for international work differ from the PKR ranges on this page, which are set for the Pakistani market.

Yes, and it is free. A short scoping conversation is enough to produce a written fixed quote with a timeline and a milestone schedule. There is no charge for scoping and no obligation to proceed.
